| Added the : 23 May 2009
Duration : 2 h
Starting point : very easy to find
Signs : average | Physical capacity : easy
Landscape : quite nice
Global mark : quite good |
Comment : The start of the hike is in front of the Roman site Glanum (Attention : payable car park). You walk through the valley of Valrugue. Then you arrive at the plateau of Caume (with its telecommunication tower). By a variant of this hike, you will reach the rock with the two holes, called "Rocher des Deux Trous". Then you will walk down to the small valley of Saint-Clerg. The flora is rich here and explained on boards. The walk ends at the Roman site Glanum. The landscapes are nice but not surprising for somebody living in this region. Avoid this walk when the mistral blows heavily.
