Comment : This hike follows an old transhumance path. You will discover the importance of the chestnut tree on the island Corsica. Boards explain the history of the chestnut agriculture. It is a nice hike. Rather easy and in an enjoyable environment.
You can combine this walk with its second part "Les Cascades d'Aitone". Add one or two extra hours.
