Comment : In the Gorge d’Enfer (valley of the Hell), the landscape is paradisiacal. This hike is certainly the most beautiful we made in the Perigord noir. Do not miss it !
Attention : mind the two dogs in front of the house just before the point 5 of the track. They bark but they do not bite. Just let them calm down.
Take some time to visit the village of the start, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, with its cave dwellings, the Cro-Magnon man statue, the river Vézère and its national museum of prehistory.
