Comment : The point of this 2 hours hike is to go from Aigues-Mortes to the "portes du Vidourle".
The way forth you follow the canal du Rhône à Sète. The way back passes mainly through a forest after a short walk along the river Vidourle.
The "portes du Vidourle" are located in the middle of the track. It is the perfect place for a picnic.
This walk is enjoyable even if you may find it a bit monotonous. It is also suitable for mountainbikes.
Do not forget to visit the medieval city of Aigues-Mortes after the walk.
